Marway Power Solutions warrants each manufactured unit of power distribution
equipment to be of sound design, and made with quality materials and
good workmanship. This applies to custom as well as standard models.
For a period of one year following purchase, Marway will repair or exchange,
at Marway's option, any unit purchased that is defective under normal
use, and will do so within ten working days, provided the necessary
parts are in Marway's inventory. This will be done at no charge to the
purchaser. Marway will pay shipping costs both ways.
For years two through four following a purchase, Marway will repair
or exchange, at Marway's option, any standard unit purchased that is
defective under normal use, and will do so within ten working days,
again provided the necessary parts are in Marway's inventory. This will
be done at a flat $100.00 charge to the purchaser, no matter which unit
was purchased. The purchaser will pay shipping costs both ways. Custom
units will receive a full two-year warranty on parts with the purchaser
paying for shipment on the second year.
This warranty is fully transferable to the end-user if the purchaser
is an original equipment manufacturer and the Marway unit is a component
of the original equipment manufacturer's product or system that is sold
to the end-user.
Marway's liability under the terms of this warranty is limited to the
satisfactory repair or the replacement of the unit found to be defective.
This warranty does not cover any unit damaged by accident, abuse, misuse,
or unauthorized repair. Marway shall in no case be liable for any special
or consequential damages of any nature. Customer must notify the carrier
of damage within 24 hours of receipt of product.
A purchaser seeking assistance under this warranty should contact the
factory for further information.
If the product needs to be repaired or upgraded, the purchaser must
request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are
only valid for 30 calendar days.
Uninterruptible Power System (UPS) Limited 2-Year Warranty
(Valid in U.S.A. only)
MARWAY POWER SOLUTIONS products are hereby warranted to be free from
defects in material and workmanship to the original purchaser for a
period of two years (except for batteries and labor which is one year)
from the date of purchase. MARWAY will at its option, repair or replace
a product that is defective.
This limited 2-year warranty shall terminate and MARWAY shall have no
obligation pursuant to it if MARWAY product has been damaged by abuse,
misuse, accident, negligence, incorrect installation, or service/modification
by anyone other than MARWAY or its authorized service representative.
Before returning any product, you must first obtain a Return Material
Authorization (RMA) number by contacting MARWAY Customer Service at
1 (800) 4-MARWAY. The defective product must be properly packaged, RMA
Number indicated, and shipped (prepaid). Collect shipments will not
be accepted.
MARWAY POWER SOLUTIONS MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY
WITH RESPECT TO YOUR MARWAY PRODUCT, OTHER THAN THE LIMITED WARRANTY
SET FORTH ABOVE, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY OR
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL MARWAY POWER SOLUTIONS
BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES
ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE SUCH PRODUCT.
THE ENCLOSED REGISTRATION CARD MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE
FOR YOUR WARRANTY TO BE VALID. WARRANTY CLAIMS MAY NOT BE HONORED IF
THERE IS NO CARD ON FILE.
This limited warranty is fully transferable to the end-user from a Reseller,
Dealer, Distributor or if the purchaser is an Original Equipment Manufacturer
(OEM) and the Marway unit is a component of the original equipment manufacturer's
product or system that is sold to the end-user.
