The information provided on the first portion of this credit application is for the sole purpose of obtaining credit history and is warranted to be true. I hereby authorize Marway Power Solutions to check and investigate the references and banks listed relating to my/our company's credit history and financial responsibility.

Note: A separate letter of Authorization for Credit Investigation might be requested by your bank(s) in some instances, using your company letterhead. We will notify you in the event your bank(s) requests one.

And that the tangible personal property described herein which I shall purchase from Marway Power Solutions will be resold by me in the form of tangible property; provided however, that in the event any such property is used for any purpose other than retention, demonstration, or display, while holding it for sale in the regular course of business, it is understood that I am required by the Sales and Use Tax Law to report and pay tax, measured by the purchase price of such property or other authorized amount that is due.

By entering your email address, you give the express consent of an electronic signature and agreement. This shall allow Marway Power Solutions to begin the initial investigation. Marway Power Solutions will not approve a credit account until receipt of a signed agreement via fax or US mail.
