is AS9100:2004 certified. To accomplish this level
of quality expectation, it is Marway's endeavor to focus on client
satisfaction, both internal and external, and satisfy client expectations
every time. Every employee and supplier is working for continuous
improvement in every way, in manufacturing, in engineering and
all phases of production. Error prevention is the key to ongoing
success; where teams develop solutions for both product and process.
Our focus is Total Quality Culture. This focus recognizes the
fact that quality is inherent in all phases of the company operation
and that control and coordination of these many facets is a necessity
for world-class success. Our quality program provides the structure
in support of these objectives. Involvement of all the people
in the company is a key ingredient for the success of our program.
Our
Quality Program has been developed and implemented under AS9100:2004
quality management principles. A fully operating MRP system governs
the control and tracking of all material, and each standard, modified
standard, and custom product is completely manufactured and tested
in house, prior to shipment. The manufacturing and test phases
of production are tracked and documented to satisfy the requirements
of many of our customers who require Certificate of Conformance
documentation.
Our commitment to quality and reliability is an insurance policy
that Marway customers have enjoyed for many years. The company's
worldwide reputation for our quality commitment, is reflected
by the fact that Marway products are specified daily for use in
numerous military projects and are installed on equipment such
as the Stealth bomber, and the U.S. Navy's modern submarines,
