Marway Power Systems Company Profile
MARWAY PRODUCTS INC. was incorporated as a California
corporation in 1979. The company changed its name to Marway Power
Solutions in 2007, and moved into a 33,000 sq. ft. manufacturing
facility in Irvine, CA. Our business is focused on aerospace,
military and commercial Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM).
Our products include a diverse inventory of standard models of
Power Distribution Units (PDU), and an active custom product
business from a large base of OEM customers.
MARWAY POWER SOLUTIONS designs and manufactures
innovative, end-to-end, power distribution solutions for sensitive
mission critical computers, test systems, control equipment and
devices for information technology and electronic devices. Solutions
are comprised of standard, standard modified, and custom Power
Distribution Units (PDU) with customer selectable output receptacles,
Universal Control Panels
(UCP) and Uninterruptible Power
Systems (UPS). The products provide multiple levels of power
distribution with applications for defense, aerospace, industrial,
communications equipment and data centers. Our 'Slim Line' product
family is popular with customers as space saving devices for distributing
power within the limited space of 19" racks.

that have special requirements for power distribution and control.

Marway has maintained a sustained growth of its operations through
the varying economic conditions that our country has experienced
over the past 27 years. We are the industry leader in
filling commercial and military custom design power system solutions.
Many of our customers are in the Military, Defense and Aerospace
industries involving airborne and shipboard commercial off-the-shelf
(COTS) PDU's where high quality, reliability and strict document
control is a top priority. Marway Power Systems' Quality
Program is ISO 9001:2000 certified. Over 300 of our standard
products are listed with Safety Standard
Agencies, such as UL, CUL, CSA, VDE, and CE, worldwide.
Marway offers a limited Warranty
on all standard products. Many of our standard catalog units are
available for immediate shipment. If your requirements cannot
be satisfied with a standard model, please refer to our custom
design service. We will respond promptly to your request for
a standard modified or custom design.
Power Distribution Sales & Customer Support
MARWAY POWER SOLUTIONS' Customer Service Representatives and Technical Sales Staff are highly trained and knowledgeable on the complete line of products and will respond rapidly to customer requests and requirements. We have over 172 combined man-years of design and customer service available to you for customer assistance. A fully operating MRP system governs the control and tracking of all material. Each standard, standard modified and custom unit is manufactured and 100% tested in-house, prior to shipment. The manufacturing and test phases of production are tracked and documented on production travelers to satisfy customer contract requirements. Production and test records and 'Certificate of Conformance' documentation are examples of ISO 9001:2000 records.
Power Systems Engineering and Quality Control

with an efficient combination of in-house design and implementation
capability from concept through manufacturing and verification
phases to the delivery of custom product in production quantities.
Hence, the lead-time for delivery of a complete custom product
is decreased by 10-40%. Efficiency in responding to customer needs

Aerospace and commercial customers.
As specific customers requirements are defined, Marway's Engineering
translates the customer's needs into prototype hardware while

manufacture, inspect, and 100% test all standard, standard modified,
and custom power distribution (PDU) products for 60 cycle and
400 cycle applications.
